Ticketing
Ticketing hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 (EST)

Payment must be processed within business hours. No payments allowed after business hours or on weekends. Please note that we are closed for ticketing on US National Holidays.

It is your responsibility to apply payments before 17:00 on the day of your booking option. Failure to do so may result in the auto-cancellation of your PNR or a higher fare basis being used. Rebooking might not be valid due to advance purchase and ticketing deadlines.

If you choose a paper ticket on an e-ticketing capable itinerary, a fee of $30.00 will apply in addition to the airline assessed paper ticket surcharge. These surcharges do not apply to Japan Airlines & All Nippon Airways (excluding code share flights). In most cases, Most the cases, PTAs are not permitted.

Payment
All major credit cards are accepted including card issued in Japan . We do not accept checks of any type.

If you are using third party’s credit card as a form of payment, please print, complete and fax the “Credit Card Authorization Form” to 212-259-9625.

If you are using a third party’s credit card, you are responsible for all rejected credit cards.

Refund/Re-Issue/Cancellation
After ticketing, Kintetsu International will charge the airline assessed fee plus a handling fee of $100.00 per ticket. For detailed information, please see the restrictions that correspond to the particular fare basis.

Commission checks sent by Kintetsu must be returned to us prior to cancellation.

We also accept your company credit card as an alternate form of payment to charge cancellation fees.
